Online Marketing Production Specialist

The Production Specialist is a vital part of the Beaconfire team on website design, mobile site development and online marketing ideation and execution. Required Skills/Experience

  • At least 2 years experience executing online campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing campaign best practices
  • Experience executing multi-faceted campaigns (email, fundraising and/or advocacy) in Convio or related CRM system
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools. If not Convio, then something comparable like Salsa, Kintera, etc.
  • HTML and CSS skills
  • Ability to work in a small, dynamic team on multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Proactive communicator who can collaborate with other team-members to ensure successful completion of shared tasks
  • The desire and ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Self-starter who can work independently without a lot of supervision

Additional Skills Desired

  • Convio CSP certification or related training program completion
  • Knowledge of Convio CMS
    • Experience planning, building and configuring sites in Convio CMS, including wrapper, content type and template development
    • Understanding of and experience with Convio’s t-tag language
  • Knowledge of Convio eCRM (COM)
     
    •  Including email, donation, advocacy, and survey (and ideally Team Raiser) modules
    • Ability to conditionalize and customize content (for example, using Convio’s s-tag language)
    • Ability to create and deliver emails, newsletters and web pages using Convio COM
  • Familiarity with Convio’s APIs
  • Data analysis and reporting, including email campaigns and Google Analytics
  • Experience implementing and customizing Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Familiarity with Javascript
  • Experience working with content management systems

This position requires occasional travel throughout the domestic US.
